Period and notification
A consumer distance service contract normally carries a fourteen-day withdrawal period from conclusion, without giving a reason. Send an unambiguous decision before the deadline to business@vyrenqosoftware.tech or VYRENQO, 12 rue des Chevaucheurs, 69005 Lyon, France. The downloadable model is optional; a clear email is sufficient. Keep evidence of notification. An information enquiry, before any contract, may simply be discontinued free of charge.
Refunds and work already started
Amounts repayable following withdrawal are refunded no later than fourteen days after notification, using the same payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise and without extra charges. If you expressly requested a service to begin during the period and received the required information, only the lawful proportion for work actually provided before your decision may be payable. Without the express request or required information, no proportionate payment may be imposed on that basis.
Exceptions have separate conditions
For a paid service fully performed before the period ends, loss of the right requires prior express agreement to begin and acknowledgement that the right will be lost once the contract is fully performed. For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium that starts being supplied during the period, all conditions of that separate exception must be met, including prior express consent, acknowledgement of loss and confirmation on a durable medium. Customising software or simply calling it “bespoke” does not automatically remove withdrawal rights. None of these permissions is obtained through a pre-ticked box or the contact form.
This interface’s role
This website sends enquiries; it does not conclude or accept consumer contracts online. This does not remove rights attached to a later distance contract by email or telephone. If an online contracting interface is added, the applicable withdrawal function must allow notification and confirmation on a durable medium under statutory conditions. A thank-you page or ordinary enquiry form is not, by itself, that function.
