Work, licences and permitted use
Distinguish your material, the work created for you and third-party components.
Website content
Website texts, distinctive signs, code and images are subject to their applicable rights. Viewing the website does not grant a general reproduction or exploitation licence. Presentation photographs are illustrations, not client references. Libraries, fonts and other reusable components retain their own licences; their presence does not transfer their rights to VYRENQO.
Assignment deliverables
The quote identifies deliverables, pre-existing material and the rights licensed or assigned: permitted uses, duration, territory, source-code handover and associated payment conditions. A blanket transfer of third-party components is not presumed. Significant dependencies and licences are disclosed before approval. The client confirms it has rights to supplied material and data; disputed items may be excluded until clarified.
Examples and technical boundaries
A demonstration or diagram illustrates a possible workflow; it is not a service already deployed for a client or a promised outcome. An audit, accessibility review or continuity plan does not automatically certify compliance or eliminate all risk. Real data, production hosting and sensitive integrations must be approved within the assignment’s scope.
