Interface accessibility review

A targeted review of five representative views, examining keyboard navigation, readability and understandable errors. A practical look at obstacles that affect use.

Find obstacles in real journeys

The need, before the tool.

A screen can look polished while leaving a button unreachable or a message unclear. Difficulties often appear between actions, not just in an element’s colour. Selecting the journeys to review is therefore essential.

We select five views and their associated tasks, then record observed obstacles. Each finding is tied to a context, a possible consequence and a suggested correction. A review session distinguishes quick improvements from matters requiring deeper work.

ILLUSTRATIVE COMPARISON, NOT A SITE AUDIT

Read. Find. Act.

Clear informationA recognisable action

Three questions during the review

01

Reach

Can important controls still be reached without a mouse?

02

Understand

Do labels adequately explain the action and its consequences?

03

Recover

Does an error explain what needs to be corrected?

One form, several possible obstacles

01

Enter

Find the first field without losing the navigation sequence.

02

Complete

Associate each requested detail with a readable instruction.

03

Finish

Distinguish an action in progress from an actually confirmed result.

WHAT IS HANDED OVER

Recognisable
deliverables.

  • 01An agreed scope of five views and journeys
  • 02An obstacle log with contextual examples
  • 03A prioritised list of suggested improvements
  • 04A review session and targeted recheck criteria
ILLUSTRATIVE SCENARIO — NOT A CLIENT CASE

What could the
journey look like?

  1. 1

Select a form, navigation and views that people actually use.

  2. 2

Follow actions by keyboard and record confusing behaviour.

  3. 3

Prioritise improvements and agree the next checks.

Two points to clarify.

Can I display certification after this assignment?

No. The deliverable describes the reviewed scope and findings. It does not replace a complete assessment or a regulatory declaration suited to your situation.

Are changes included?

The starting scope covers the review and recommendations. Technical changes may be proposed afterwards, with separate scope and approval.
