Business terms
Clear scope, identified deliverables and written agreement before work begins.
Scope and contract formation
A contact enquiry is free and is not an order. Work begins after written agreement to a proposal setting out objectives, technical assumptions, deliverables, exclusions, responsibilities, schedule, acceptance and fees. Website formats represent starting scopes, not a complete application or unlimited audit. Significant changes or extensions require an additional written agreement.
Budgets and third-party costs
“From” prices are indicative euro budgets for the described services, shown inclusive of applicable taxes so they are also clear to private customers. The business quote separately specifies the fee basis, tax treatment and total payable. No VAT rate or exemption is presumed. Hosting, subscriptions, licences, hardware, travel or third-party work are commissioned only after their description and costs are accepted. The form creates no additional charge.
Organisation, access and acceptance
The client appoints contacts and supplies materials it is entitled to use. Access is limited to the assignment’s needs and is not requested through the public form. Testing, corrections, acceptance and handover are agreed in the quote. Significant dependencies or unavailability are flagged so the schedule can be revised where necessary. Processing personal data for the client requires documented roles and instructions and the necessary data-processing agreement.
Business payment
Payment method and due dates are set out in the quote and invoice within statutory limits. Without an agreed period, payment is due thirty days after the service is performed. No early-payment discount applies unless agreed in writing. For late B2B payment, interest is payable without a reminder from the day after the due date at the ECB refinancing rate plus ten percentage points, determined under French Commercial Code Article L441-10; the statutory €40 recovery charge also applies, with evidenced additional costs where legally permitted. These B2B rules are not imposed on consumers.
Support, security and responsibilities
Maintenance, response times, backups, recovery tests and service levels depend on the agreed scope. Stated contact hours do not mean continuous support; no 24-hour availability, absolute absence of vulnerabilities or compliance certification is promised. Technical measures and responsibilities are adapted to the project. Prior backup and reversibility are discussed before data interventions; no general exclusion removes the provider’s legal obligations.
Applicable law and ending work
Cancellation, suspension and the treatment of completed work are agreed in the contract without overriding mandatory law. French law applies subject to relevant mandatory rules for foreign clients. Jurisdiction follows applicable rules; this website does not impose an exclusively competent court. Any protections for small business clients under off-premises contracts are assessed under their statutory conditions and are not removed simply by using a B2B label.
